Op. Dr. Volkan Aktemur graduated from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 2011, then served as a branch manager and as deputy provincial health director at the Ardahan Provincial Health Directorate and later worked as a family physician. In 2018, Dr. Aktemur was recognized as an “Exemplary Doctor” by the Minister of Health.
